Gynecologist position in Moline, Illinois

Located in the Quad Cities of IL/IA

Details:

• Full-time, permanent
• Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic
• Dedicated clinic roomer, shared triage and deliveries, and OB Hospitalist group
• Onsite Lab, adjacent hospital, US Tech in clinic, and new US bedside equipment
• Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff, allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences
• Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community
• Full-time position including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

Responsibilities:

• Average of 25 patients per day; shared call: 1 day/week, 1:6 weekends
• Procedures: colposcopies, IUD insertion, biopsies
• Work collaboratively to improve the health of the people and communities served
• Evaluate, interpret, and coordinate information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
• Maintain a patient-focused, friendly, and collaborative approach in a team environment
• Exhibit excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gynecology
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois
• Hold current and unrestricted authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt); J-1 waiver sponsorship available

• Initial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately $310,000 - $465,000, with potential to exceed based on performance and an innovative compensation program
