Job description

Summary:

Physician-led multi-specialty medical group of 55+ MDs serving the greater Greensboro, NC area.

Recruiting for a full-time OB/GYN to join 3 other OB/GYN physicians and 2 APPs. In addition to the existing providers at this location, there is also ultrasound services. Pelvic Floor Therapy and Mammography are being implemented in Spring 2025. The practice is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art healthcare for women of all ages and offers in-office procedures for qualifying patients. Additionally, hospital-based robotics are available for certified candidates.

The OB/GYN office is located across from Cone Hospital, where patients are admitted to the Cone Health Women's Center, part of the Cone Health System.

Call is shared with a local group, at a rate of 1 in 5. Shareholdership in the group is offered after 1-2 fiscal years.

Compensation:

• Guaranteed annual base salary of $350,000 with productivity bonus potential.
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance available.
• 100% employer-paid full-family medical, dental, Rx, vision, life, disability, and long-term care.
• 6% employer-provided retirement plan contributions.
• 44 PTO days per year, including vacation, sick leave, CME, and holidays.
