Join Our Maternal Fetal Medicine Team in Grand Rapids, MI!

Are you a skilled and compassionate Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician ready to make a meaningful impact? Our Regional Maternal Fetal Medicine team is located in the vibrant city of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Here, you will find a supportive and dynamic environment that fosters collaboration with specialists and offers advanced care options for high-risk pregnancies and fetal complications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care in Maternal Fetal Medicine managing high-risk pregnancies and fetal complications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists to create comprehensive care plans.
• Render services mainly in Grand Rapids with some travel to Muskegon as needed.
• Participate in the education and training of medical students and residents.
• Work closely with an assigned Medical Assistant, Sonographer, and additional support staff.
• Share on-call duties with MFM Partner/Medical Director primarily phone consultations with occasional hospital visits.
• Contribute as an experienced Board Certified or truly Board Eligible recent graduate.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN is REQUIRED.
• Board Eligible (must become Board Certified within 2 years) or Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine is REQUIRED.
• Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain is REQUIRED.
• DEA certification or willingness to obtain is REQUIRED.
• BLS and ACLS certifications or willingness to obtain are REQUIRED.
• Clean malpractice history is PREFERRED.
• Visa support for H1B candidates is available; J1 waivers are not accepted.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
• Michigan medical license (or willing to obtain).
• DEA certification (or willing to obtain).
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or willing to obtain).
