Job description

Baldwin Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to join a single-specialty practice with several providers. The practice is located 20 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico beaches.

Practice Details

1. Hospital-owned/employed opportunity
2. Robotic experience is a plus
3. Normal OB & advanced GYN cases
4. Current inpatient call is 1:4
5. Office space adjacent to hospital campus
6. New graduates are welcome to apply
7. Dedicated support staff per provider

Compensation Package

• Salary: $320,000 - $350,000
• Commencement bonus: $40,000
• Medical debt repayment: Up to $80,000 for new or recent graduates
• Residency stipend: available
• Incentive bonus based on WRUVs
