Join a dedicated team at a Level III trauma hospital in Flint, Michigan. This opportunity focuses on 24-hour call coverage with no clinic responsibilities. The facility supports a range of patient care with approximately 5 patients per day and features a Level I nursery. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care on a 24-hour call basis.
• Manage patient cases with support from hospital staff.
• Coordinate with nursing and auxiliary staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Utilize the Cerner system for patient records and documentation.
• Participate in effective communication with both patients and team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in OB/GYN care.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN (No Board Eligible candidates).
• Must hold a valid Michigan medical license and CSR at time of application.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Local candidate preferred with a clean background for expedited credentialing.
• Experience with Cerner EHR is a plus.

Licenses and Certification Requirements:

• Valid Michigan medical license (no compact licenses accepted).
• Certificate to prescribe (CSR) at the time of submission.
• Current certification in BLS.
• Documentation of vaccinations: Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Flu, TDAP, and TB testing.
• Verbal confirmation of DEA requirement at time of credentialing.
