Job description

OBGYN Opportunity: Findlay, OH - Located 45 minutes south of Toledo.

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent role
• Member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network
• Hospital-employed position with Cerner EMR
• Requires surgical expertise; surgeries scheduled as needed with a surgery team on-call for assistance
• Established practice with experienced providers and support staff
• Focus on work/life balance and family-friendly culture
• Business hours vary from 7am to 7pm with flexibility; average 20-30 patients/day; 1:4 call schedule
• Group averages 35-55 deliveries/month, including 5-8 by midwives
• Physicians have input into their schedules and patient volumes
• Access to 24-hour in-house pediatric hospitalist services
• Facility details: 150-bed hospital, 16-bed ICU, 18-bed CCU, Level III Trauma Center, Level III ODH Heart Care Center, 1200 deliveries/year, Level II Special Care Nursery (24 weeks+)
• Recognized as a top performer in clinical quality, patient and staff safety, and service excellence; nonprofit, community hospital with an A+ Moody rating in NW Ohio

Compensation

• Competitive base salary plus wRVU production bonus
• Signing bonus, relocation stipend, student loan reimbursement (negotiable)
• Generous vacation and CME time: 200 hours; 6 major holidays plus 48 hours holiday pay; sick leave up to 600 hours
