Join our busy OB-GYN practice located in a family-friendly community of approximately 45,000 residents, about 45 minutes outside Toledo, Ohio. Our facility is equipped with an 18-bed OB floor, including labor and postpartum rooms, a Level II Special Care Nursery, and a Robotics Center of Excellence featuring four da Vinci surgical robots.

Position Highlights:

1. Hospital employment with a collaborative team of 6 employed OB-GYN physicians.
2. Utilize Cerner EMR system.
3. Clinic hours are flexible, typically from 7 am to 7 pm.
4. Manage an average of 20-30 patients per day.
5. On-call schedule of 1:3, with plans to shift to 1:5 or 1:6.
6. Surgical procedures scheduled as needed, with a dedicated surgery team on call.
7. Physicians work four 10-hour days, with an average patient load of 25-30 patients per day.
8. Compensation includes a base salary plus wRVU bonuses.
9. Additional benefits include relocation assistance, signing bonus, full benefits, and 5 weeks of vacation and CME time.
