Job description

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist/Physician to work locum shifts in Bel Air, Maryland (MD). Starting as soon as credentialed, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Obstetrics and Gynecology role:

• Obstetrics and Gynecology role - 24 Hr. Shifts (8a-8a)
• Obstetrics and Gynecology role - minimum of 4 shifts per month/24 hours only and will be to provide GYN coverage.
• Obstetrics and Gynecology role - NICU level I and there is a requirement to perform circumcisions.
• Estimated deliveries is 300 per annum and you will be supported by in-house MFM and in-house anaesthesia.

Requirements of the Obstetrics and Gynecology role:

• MD License, active and unrestricted
• BC-Obstetrics/Gynecology
• BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Covid Vaccination - required, or medical exemption
• Minimum 100 deliveries in the past 24 months. 25 Gyn cases in last 12 months.
• Minimum 2-years of experience
