Seeking a Board-Certified or Eligible OB/GYN

Join a well-established and growing practice with the following team composition: 2 full-time OB/GYNs, 1 part-time OB/GYN, and 3 CRNPs.

We offer an excellent payer mix, primarily with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama, along with a competitive salary and benefits package:

• Three-year employment contract with a competitive income based on Southern Median percentile
• Year-end incentive bonus for meeting quality and patient satisfaction goals
• Moving expenses up to $10,000 based on receipts
• $30,000 sign-on bonus, payable as a stipend over the last year of residency
• Quarterly incentive bonuses based on WRVU model for outpatient visits and inpatient admissions
• $3,000 annually for CME, books, memberships, dues; 1 week CME leave
• Full malpractice insurance including tail coverage
• 50% match on the first 5% contributed to the 401k after 1 year

• 25 days of ETO at the start of the contract
• Work at a single hospital, potentially expanding to 101 beds, with no need to rotate among multiple hospitals
