Job Opportunity: Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician

Join a dedicated medical team at a prominent health facility located in the heart of Marshfield, Wisconsin. This Children's Hospital features a NICU and offers a supportive environment for both patients and staff. The practice provides a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for physicians interested in inpatient care and maternal fetal medicine, delivering quality care to a diverse population.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 6 days of call coverage per month with restricted in-house, 24-hour OB call.
• Address any GYN emergencies in addition to deliveries.
• Manage a patient census of 5-10 inpatients, ensuring high-quality care and support.
• Engage in a post-call day after each call day to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Perform circumcisions as required.
• Collaborate with Maternal Fetal Medicine and GYN Oncology services available at the facility.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Applicable experience in inpatient settings.
• Ability to handle deliveries and GYN emergencies efficiently.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and care quality.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active medical license as per state requirements preferred.
• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
• Temporary privileges available for eligible candidates.
