Job summary

AMN Healthcare in Waterbury, Connecticut seeks an OB/GYN physician to join a large, established women’s health practice. You will work in a collaborative, community-based setting with strong surgical volumes and immediate patient demand.

Expect ~3–4 clinic days plus one dedicated OR day weekly, with Da Vinci robotic gynecologic surgery available and a 1:6 backup OB call with post-call day off. Excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits offered.

Position Overview

One of the largest physician organizations in the Northeast is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join its established and growing women's health practice. The organization provides the resources of a nationally recognized health system while offering a collaborative, community-based practice environment with strong surgical volumes and immediate patient demand.

Position Highlights

• National Top Hospital for ObGyn Surgery and C-Section- Castle Connolly
• Optional four-day workweek
• Approximately 3–4 clinic days and one dedicated OR day weekly
• Average of 20–22 patients per day
• Da Vinci robotic gynecologic surgery
• Strong surgical volumes and established referral network
• Level II Nursery with approximately 800 annual deliveries
• Onsite Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, and Urogynecology
• 24/7 Laborist program providing in-house coverage
• 1:6 backup OB call with no routine in-house call
• Post-call day off
