• 4‑day work week with flexible scheduling options
• Favorable 1:8 call with a laborist covering 7 shifts per month
• 5 Certified Nurse Midwives share first call for triage and vaginal births
• Approximately 750 deliveries per year with a high VBAC success rate
• In‑office procedures include LEEPs, hysteroscopies, ablations, and 3D ultrasound
• Advanced imaging on‑site: 3D mammography and breast ultrasound
• Hospital‑based services include robotic surgery, water births, and low c‑section rate
• Hospital‑employed position with a well‑established and supportive team
