Federally Qualified Health Center near Phoenix, AZ is seeking BE/BC OB/GYN physicians to join a busy team. Four positions are available, including a call-only option, with competitive base salary plus productivity incentives and a flexible 4x10 or 5x8 workweek.

Typical duties include low/high-risk prenatal care, GYN care, LARC insertions, and outpatient/inpatient gynecologic surgery, with NextGen EMR and a shared call schedule.

• Experience in OB/GYN with prenatal and GYN care preferred
• Spanish skills a plus but not required

Ob/Gyn – Multiple Openings near Phoenix, AZ

• Federally Qualified Health Center seeks BE/BC OBGYNs to join their team
• Competitive base salary offered plus annual productivity incentives – to be discussed with employer directly
• Flexible workweek structured as four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts
• Built-in administrative time (4-5 hours weekly) for charting and care coordination
• 30-minute appointment slots for new patients, complex GYN, and high-risk OB visits
• 15-to-20-minute appointment slots for routine prenatal, postpartum, and GYN follow-ups
• Standard outpatient clinic volume averages 18-22 patients per day
• Comprehensive scope including low/high-risk prenatal, LARC insertions, colposcopies, LEEP, and minor in-office procedures
• Surgical scope includes outpatient and inpatient gynecologic surgery
• EMR: NextGen
• Manageable shared call schedule across the OB/GYN specialty group – Dedicated call-only/laborist providers utilized to minimize off-hours call burden (position for call only available as well)
• Good mix of OB and GYN
• Spanish skills are a plus but not required
