Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a locum OB/GYN to cover inpatient shifts with 24-hour call. You will care for patients, perform deliveries, and conduct obstetric ultrasound interpretation in a hospital setting.

Expected to join a team of 2–3 providers for consistent long-term coverage, with compensation designed to include base pay, overtime, call, and holiday pay.

• Interpret FHR, perform OB ultrasounds and Level I screening.
• Conduct open GYN procedures: open surgeries, IUD insertions, colposcopy, LEEP, cystoscopy.
• Support long-term coverage with 2–3 providers.

Job description

This role involves providing locum tenens coverage in an inpatient OB/GYN department with 24-hour call shifts and a minimum of 10 shifts per month.

Responsibilities include managing approximately 5 patients per shift, performing rounding, low & high risk pregnancy care, vaginal & C-section deliveries, and conducting FHR interpretation, OB ultrasounds, and Level I screening.

Additionally, the provider will perform surgical GYN procedures such as open surgeries, IUD insertions, colposcopy, LEEP, and cystoscopy.

The position seeks 2-3 providers for consistent long-term coverage.

Qualifications include relevant skills in obstetrics and gynecology, with experience in surgical procedures and ultrasound interpretation.

Compensation ranges from $150 to $225 per hour, including base pay, overtime, call, and holiday pay.
