HonorHealth is a leader in Women’s service in the Southwest region. The newest hospital of the nine-hospital system is Sonoran Crossing across the highway from TSMC 160 acres newest plant location. Sonoran Crossing opened in 2020 with just over 70 beds, this presents the ideal setting for women’s health. The ambience of the Sonoran Crossing Medical Center begins when you enter the campus and hear the spa music piped into the parking lot.

As you walk in the beautiful atrium entrance, it is as if you have entered a spa. Glass windows display the healing garden where you can sit and relax and enjoy the sounds of the fountain surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The Meditation room is open to all employees, patients, and visitors. The birthing rooms and OR are large bright areas to enhance provider well-being and patient recovery.

To ensure the highest level of care and avoid provider burn-out, in 2024 HonorHealth created a new Obstetrical Hospitalist Service. Practice call is 1:5.
