• Active Iowa license or IMLC licensure required.
• Active DEA license required.
• Experience as OB/GYN physician in inpatient/outpatient settings preferred.

• Participate in 24-hour call coverage as scheduled.
• Adhere to credentialing timeframe of 30 days.
