Job summary

Living Water Clinic is seeking a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OBGYN) to join our compassionate care team in Lindsay, California. The role offers full-time or part-time options in a patient-centered, multidisciplinary environment focused on women's health across all life stages.

The ideal candidate provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services, prenatal care, and patient education while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid California medical license.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Graduation from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
  • Current professional certifications required to practice within the provider's scope.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients.
  • Conduct routine gynecological examinations, screenings, and preventive care.
  • Provide prenatal care, monitor maternal and fetal health, and support patients throughout pregnancy.
  • Provide appropriate care and management during labor and delivery, based on the scope and services of the practice.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of gynecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, and other women's health concerns.
  • Perform appropriate gynecological procedures and surgical interventions within the provider's scope of practice and the services offered by the clinic.
  • Educate patients regarding reproductive health, family planning, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Provide compassionate support and guidance during sensitive or challenging medical situations.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers, nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Identify conditions requiring specialty or higher-level care and coordinate appropriate referrals when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with clinical, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and complete medical documentation to support accurate diagnosis, treatment, and billing.
  • Stay current with medical advancements, evidence-based practices, and professional standards in obstetrics and gynecology.
  • Support the continued growth and development of women's healthcare services at Living Water Clinic.

Requirements

Licensure & Certification


  • Current and valid California medical license.

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
