Our Women’s Health Clinical Service Line works to provide world‑class care, outcomes, and experiences for the combined services of mothers, babies, and families.

- Urogynecology and Pelvic Floor Health
- Integrative and Holistic Medicine
- Perinatal Mental Health and Behavioral Health
- Preventive Care and Wellness Services
- Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Support in Urogynecology
Practice Highlights
- 8 labor and delivery sites with 11,713+ deliveries/year
- 45 OB/GYNs, 28 OB/OBGYN Hospitalists, 23 CNMs, 16 MFM specialists, 2 fetal interventionalists & 2 Urogynecologists
- Nursing support for triage, prescription refills, initial OB intakes, in‑basket help
- Pap hub for pap result management and communication for the entire Allina system
- After‑hours answering service
- Abbott Northwestern (Level IV NICU) and Mercy and United Hospitals (Level III NICUs) and six regional hospitals
- Clinical and surgical mentorship and collaboration with over 80+ OB/GYN providers across the system

Job Description
- Provides direct care for obstetrics and gynecology patients, including general medicine, reproductive system, pregnancy, and childbirth both inpatient and outpatient.
- Practices thoughtfully with consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy, and legal responsibilities.
- Actively participates in a multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
- Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in patient care, outcomes, or workflows.
- May participate in peer review and quality assurance.
Job Requirements
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
- Board‑eligible or Board‑certified with ABMS or AOA in Obstetrics and Gynecology upon hire.
- Active, non‑restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.
- Current BLS certification with AHA, ARC, or Allina in‑house BLS training within 30 days of hire.
- Full‑time position at Faribault and Owatonna Clinics and Owatonna Hospital.
Physical Demands
Medium Work*: Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequently.
Pay Range
Pay Range: $355,300 to $410,000 per year.
