Job Summary:

Join our Women's Health team at our Bloomington Clinic and our newly expanded Eden Prairie Specialty Clinic. Women's Health services include OB/GYN, Uro/Gynecology, and Mental Health services, among many more. The care team focuses on whole person care with a multi-disciplinary team to support patients through their health journey.

Key Position Details:

• Women's Health Service line has eight labor and delivery locations; 13,800 deliveries/year; 30 clinics; 53 OBGYNs; 21 OB hospitalists; 13 Clinical Nurse Midwives; 11 Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists; 2 fetal interventionalists.
• Nursing Support programs for Rx refills, triage, and pap results.
• After hours answering service support.
• Quaternary hospital: Abbott Northwestern, Lv IV NICU; Tertiary hospitals - Mercy and United with level III NICUs, and 6 regional hospitals.

Job Description:

• Provide direct care for obstetrics and gynecology patients.
• Provide direct patient care to women, including specialization in general medicine, reproductive system, pregnancy, and childbirth.
• Offer education, consultation, or interventions (treatment plans) to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with patients to improve their health and well-being.
• Practice thoughtfully, considering cultural diversity, individual autonomy, and legal responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
• Obstetrics & Gynecology BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required.
• Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and NPI.
• Meet criteria for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.
• BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 6 months of hire.

Pay Range:

$355,300 to $402,300 per year. The starting pay depends on experience, education, and union status.
