Job summary

Bothwell Regional Health Center is seeking an Obstetrical Technician / LPN / Certified Surgical Technician to support the Women’s Health and Newborn Care Unit. The role covers labor and delivery, NICU, and women’s health, with responsibilities as a Cesarean section scrub tech and delivery room support.

The position requires eligibility in surgical tech, LPN/GPN licensure, or Perioperative scrub approval. This team member will respond promptly to calls and collaborate across departments for

Qualifications

Education/licensure as surgical tech, LPN/GPN, or scrub approval.
Experience with perinatal, neonatal, or gynecological patients is a plus.
Additional skills like secretarial, patient care, operative tasks and phlebotomy are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Maintain Cesarean Section readiness, including cleaning, setup, restocking, and checks.
Scrub for cesarean sections.
Maintain cleanliness and setup of WHNC units and delivery areas.
Restock and order supplies across Women’s Health, NICU, and Labor & Delivery.
Assist in educating other obstetrical technicians as needed.
Improve communication with customers, staff, and departments.
