Job summary

Providence Little Company Of Mary Torrance Hospital is seeking an Obstetrical Surgical Technician for the per diem night shift. The role supports the obstetrical surgical team by performing delegated patient-care tasks under the direction of the Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities include assisting during obstetrical operative procedures and caring for patients across age groups from premature infants to middle-aged adults. Certification and OR training are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Completion of Operating Room Surgical Technician Training Program or equivalent.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgical team during complex obstetrical procedures.
• Provide patient care for ages including Premature, Infant, Adolescent, Young Adult and Middle Adult.
• Per diem night shift under RN supervision.
