Kadlec Regional Medical Center, part of the Providence family, seeks a Surgical Technician to support cesarean and obstetric procedures in the Operating Room and assist in Birth Center care. The role includes infant hearing screening and clerical duties to ensure smooth patient flow.

Full-time, 36 hours weekly with variable, mostly night shifts. Requires Washington Surgical Technologist Registration and BLS at hire, plus preferred certifications in obstetric tech or CNA.

Qualifications

• Registered surgical technologist in Washington state is required at hire.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Formal training in surgical technology preferred.
• Certification in obstetric tech or CNA desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparation and care of cesarean and obstetric patients in the operating room.
• Support Birth Center function and patient flow according to policies.
• Perform routine infant hearing screening as needed.
• Handle related clerical and receptionist duties to aid throughput.
