The RN Clinic Trainer is responsible for onboarding, educating, and supporting clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient, and standardized patient care across clinic operations. This role serves as a clinical educator, resource, and liaison between leadership and frontline staff, promoting best practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
All duties performed will be done accurately and in a timely manner.
A graduate of an accredited RN program and possess a current TX RN License, or related associate’s degree from an accredited vocational institution or military equivalent training required. CPR/Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification required. Three‑Five years of supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of case management, laboratory service, quality management, utilization management and risk management preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.

Experience in a clinic, doctor’s office or hospital with a minimum of one‑year experience preferred.
