Job summary

Gonzaba Medical Group is seeking an RN Clinic Trainer to onboard and educate clinic staff across general and urgent care settings in San Antonio, TX. You will serve as a clinical educator, ensuring safe, efficient care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, CPR/BLS certification, and 3–5 years of supervisory experience. Proficiency with EHR systems and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with TX RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification required and maintained.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience preferred and relevant clinical leadership knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers onboarding and ongoing clinical training for RNs, LVNs, MAs, and clinic staff.
• Ensures workflows and practices align with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provides hands‑on training and competency validation for clinical skills and procedures.
• Acts as a clinical mentor and resource to staff and leadership.
• Collaborates with leadership to identify training needs and gaps.
• Develops and maintains training materials and competency checklists.
• Supports implementation of new clinical programs and workflows.
