Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely with strong clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to coordinate care.
• Provide patient and family education for next steps in care.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in rounds to support team communication and patient safety.
