Responsibilities

• Organizes and prioritizes plan of care in observation unit.
• Identify patients at risk and prepare room environment.
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
• Administer medications and change wound dressings as indicated.
• Read and interpret patient information to assist in treatment decisions.
• Consult with administration and providers to decide on best treatment plan.
