Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia or Compact state.
• Current CPR and ACLS certifications.

• 1 year telemetry/PCU/step-down experience or ED/ICU/Observation unit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside RN care in the Observation Unit – 1 East.
• Administer medications and perform IV therapy per policy.
• Monitor patient status and escalate changes promptly.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to accelerate diagnostics and discharge.
• Document assessments, plans, and interventions accurately in the patient record.
