Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Observation Unit. You will care for a diverse inpatient population on a fast-paced unit bridging ED and inpatient care, within a collaborative environment.

The role is ideal for nurses with inpatient acute care or ED experience who adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and thrive as part of a supportive team. Opportunities to float to other units may exist when census allows.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• If your RN license has been inactive or lapsed, refresher course per state board is required prior to reactivation.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state required.

Responsibilities

• Care for a diverse patient population on the Observation Unit with short-term inpatient treatment.
• Collaborate with a highly coordinated team to ensure safe, remarkable care.
• Foster a safe patient environment aligned with First Do No Harm.
