You will educate patients and families, model best practices, and contribute to ongoing quality improvements while adhering to ANA standards and our mission-driven values. This is a full-time, day-shift role with weekend rotation in Gaithersburg, MD.

Qualifications

• Must have NCLEX passing, Maryland RN license, and BLS certification.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families through the continuum of care.
• Mentor students and team members in patient-centered care.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and participate in practice changes based on evidence.
