Responsibilities

• Prioritize, coordinate, and delegate care touchpoints for patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure direct patient care.
• Maintain and advocate a safe environment for everyone.
• Monitor patients, families, and care team about significant events or questions.
• Prevent and treat wounds and ensure infection control and environment of care.
• Advise supervisor when unable to complete tasks promptly or safely; initiate patient education.
