St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood, Kentucky is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Observation unit. You will provide evidence-based clinical care to designated patients using the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.

Shift is Day, 7:00 am–7:00 pm, full-time, 36 hours weekly. You will demonstrate compassion, critical thinking, and professional integrity in every patient interaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
• Compact license in primary state of residence.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is performed.
• Meets contact hour requirements for licensure.
• Competent in nursing theory and practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based clinical care to designated patients using the nursing process.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed staff.
