Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice; compact license transfer within 60 days.
• RN with less than 12 months experience must obtain BSN within 4 years of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN required as of 4/27/2025; degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, social, and psychological status.
• Plan and develop individualized plan of care with patient and family.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and educate patient and family.
• Direct the interdisciplinary care team via delegation and coordination.
• Evaluate patient response and revise plan of care as needed.
• Document accurately and timely; comply with legal/regulatory standards.
