• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients using nursing process
• Plan and coordinate individualized care with patient, family, and interdisciplinary team
• Implement care and delegate tasks to care team while following guidelines and licensure
• Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate timely documentation and uphold professionalism
