Job summary

The Observation Unit Manager at Sarah Bush Lincoln in Mattoon, IL will lead staffing, planning and development for the Observation Unit, guiding daily operations to ensure efficient patient flow.

Reporting to the Director, the role provides professional development and collaborates with Medical Staff and other departments to maintain safe, compassionate care and positive patient outcomes for all admitted patients.

Qualifications

• Active RN in Illinois with current license (BSN)
• BSN degree required
• ACLS/BLS/CPR and PALS certifications within stated timelines
• Experience leading a nursing/unit staff team
• Ability to coordinate staffing, planning and professional development

BSN (Required)ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (within 90 Days of hire) - Sarah Bush Lincoln, Basic Trauma Life Support Certification - Sarah Bush Lincoln, BLS or CPR certification (within 90 days of hire) - Sarah Bush Lincoln, PALS (within 1 year of hire) - Sarah Bush Lincoln, RN-Registered Nurse - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation

Compensation

Estimated Compensation Range

$104,145.60 - $161,428.80

Pay based on experience

Eligible for participation in Management Incentive Compensation Program.
