10 Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is seeking an Observation Partner for the 3pm-11pm shift. This part-time role involves sitting with and guiding patients to ensure safety and well-being while providing continuous observation throughout rounds.

Duties include assisting with ambulation, meals, and signaling care providers as needed. The position requires commitment to 48 hours per month, with 12 hours on weekends, and pays hourly based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ambulation needs which may require the use of a gait belt.
• Assist patients with meals/feeding needs.
• Committed to work availability of 48 hours per month, 12 hours of which is on Saturday or Sunday.
• Documents basic patient observations.
• Notifies appropriate patient care provider of the need for patient assistance.
• Performs walking rounds continuously to assure safety and well-being of patients.
• Sits with and/or accompanies patient continuously to assure safety and well-being.

Compensation

Estimated Compensation Range $16.54 - $25.24 Pay based on experience.
