Job summary

Ocean Breeze Waterpark is seeking a safety-conscious transportation associate to operate trams and fifteen-passenger vans, shuttling guests to and from parking areas. You will enforce safety rules, follow traffic laws, and maintain a clean, safe environment while delivering friendly guest service.

The role requires clear communication with the public and staff, the ability to work independently, and the stamina to work in indoor and shaded outdoor conditions with hydration and sun protection.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
• History of safe driving.
• Ability to accept guidance and supervision.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public, customers, and staff.
• Be aware, attentive, and work well with others.
• Ability to work in indoor and shaded outdoor weather conditions with hydration and sun protection.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods.
• Vision abilities including near/far, peripheral, depth perception, and adjust focus.
• Must be able to operate trams and 15-passenger vans in all conditions.

We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date. Details about eligibility requirements for the Retention Bonus will be provided at a later date.

Pay Range: $16.75 per hour
