Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Board eligible for ARDMS.
• Must obtain Oregon Sonographer license or temporary.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• ARDMS certification within 6 months of hire.
• New grads must be board eligible and obtain ARDMS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound examinations per physicians' orders using various ultrasound equipment.
• Considers individual patient’s age-related needs during imaging.
• Collaborates with radiology team to ensure quality imaging and documentation.
