Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Surgical Scheduler - OBGYN to coordinate surgical schedules at our Elmhurst location. This full-time role is 36 hours per week with standard Monday–Friday hours. Occasional travel may be required to support cross-site needs.

You will work under supervision to schedule surgeries, liaise with surgeons and care teams, and optimize the calendar for patient care. A high school diploma and healthcare familiarity are required; EPIC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical terminology knowledge or healthcare experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills to maintain and modify scheduling module.
• One year of EPIC experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgeries for the department under supervision and according to policies.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve scheduling issues and improve efficiency.
