Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Surgical Scheduler for the OBGYN department. The role schedules surgeries, collaborates with team members to resolve scheduling challenges, and ensures efficient use of the operating room.

The position is full-time, 36 hours per week, with office hours Monday-Thursday 8a-4p and Friday 8a-3p, no weekends. A High School diploma and healthcare exposure are required, EPIC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical terminology knowledge or healthcare setting experience.
• Ability to communicate in written and verbal form.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills to maintain and modify scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgeries for the department under supervision and in accordance with policies; collaborate to resolve scheduling issues for efficiency.
