Qualifications

• BRN requirements and approval by BRN are mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of direct nursing experience required.
• Instructor level requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing or equivalent.
• BRN-regulated qualifications govern the instructor roles.

Responsibilities

• Instructors will share Watson’s Caring Theory and QSEN in clinical practice.
• Teach theory and supervise clinical practice with assigned rotations.
• Coordinate nursing curriculum and student assessments.
• Deliver patient-centered care education and safety-focused practice.
• Collaborate with nursing department to mentor students and maintain standards.
