Job summary

McLaren Greater Lansing is actively recruiting an Associate Program Director for our OBGYN residency. Reporting to the Program Director, you will support all aspects of residency program leadership, including recruitment, evaluation, and policy adherence.

The role requires at least 2 years of GME experience and the ability to practice clinically. You will collaborate with senior leadership to advance initiatives within the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of GME experience.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain a supportive learning environment.
• Lead efforts in recruiting and retaining residents and faculty.
• Develop, implement and oversee evaluation processes.
• Address resident and medical student concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Sponsoring Institution policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with hospital and MMG leadership to advance initiatives.
• Actively practice clinically and report to the Chief Medical Director of Women's Health.
