The University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine, seeks a Clinical Research Project Manager B/C to oversee multiple funded studies in the Pregnancy and Perinatal Research Center in Philadelphia. You will coordinate study workflows, manage data collection in REDCap, and ensure regulatory compliance under the Director of Clinical Research Operations.

Responsibilities include supervision of research staff, maintenance of logs and calendars, and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree with 5–7 years of experience or Master’s with 3–5 years in research and clinical study methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing study operations, recruitment/retention, regulatory compliance, and data management.
• Experience with IRB submissions and GCP requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop study workflows and coordinate participant visits per study protocols and GCP.
• Provide operational oversight for one or more large-scale studies with logs, calendars, and tracking tools.
• Lead implementation of new/existing study protocols and train staff on procedures.
• Design, develop, and maintain CRFs and REDCap databases; monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents; train staff on IRB submission requirements.
• Supervise research personnel, manage evaluations, onboarding, and development.
• Collaborate with other project managers to ensure cross-coverage and consistency.
