Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC seeks an OB hospitalist to join a St. Louis facility. You will manage pregnancies, interpret FHR, and deliver babies, including complex cases, working with a team of APPs and nurses.

The role involves 12-hour shifts, with coverage for both day and night, and travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided by the agency where needed.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN.
• Licensed to practice in Missouri or IMLC eligible.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pregnant patients up to 6 weeks postpartum in OB ED.
• Manage low and high-risk pregnancies including FHR interpretation.
• Perform routine vaginal deliveries and C-sections as needed.
• Collaborate with APPs, RNs, and sonographers for comprehensive care.

• Manage low and high-risk pregnancies including FHR interpretation and OB ultrasounds
• Perform routine vaginal deliveries and low forceps deliveries
• Manage complicated deliveries including C-sections, breech, multiple births, and VBACs
• Collaborate with APP support staff, RNs, and sonographers to provide comprehensive care
