The Hire Source is seeking an OB/GYN physician for Northwest Connecticut in the Berkshires. This partnership-track opportunity includes a 4-day work week, equal 1:4 call, and access to robotic surgery with a Level IV NICU and strong hospital support.

Join a tight-knit, physician-led OB/GYN group with 3 MDs, 1 DO, and 2 PAs across two offices and one hospital. You’ll provide full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care, prenatal care, deliveries, and family-planning counseling in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN (MD or DO)
• Connecticut licensure and hospital privileges
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Team-oriented, compassionate women’s health care

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Manage prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecologic procedures
• Counsel on family planning, wellness, and preventive care
• Use EMR with point-of-care documentation support

Your Role

You’ll provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care to a diverse patient population, including:

• Full-spectrum OB/GYN services in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Managing prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecologic procedures
• Counseling patients on family planning, wellness, and preventive care
• Utilizing EMR efficiently with point-of-care documentation support
