What You’ll Do

This isn’t just another OB/GYN job—it’s an opportunity to lead, educate, and elevate patient care.

Comprehensive Patient Care

  • Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Perform routine gynecological exams, including Pap smears, breast exams, and pelvic assessments.
  • Deliver high-quality prenatal care, including ultrasounds, check-ups, and patient education.
  • Diagnose and treat complex gynecological issues, from menstrual disorders to menopause.
  • Offer family planning services, including contraceptive counseling and procedures (IUD, Nexplanon).
  • Manage reproductive health concerns, including infertility and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

Advanced Procedures

We’re not here to play it safe—we want the best outcomes for our patients. You’ll perform:

  • Colposcopy – Cervical, vaginal, and vulvar exams with biopsy when needed.
  • Endometrial Biopsy – Diagnose and treat abnormal uterine bleeding.
  • Hysteroscopy – Evaluate and treat intrauterine conditions.
  • LEEP – Remove abnormal cervical tissue.
  • Dilation and Curettage (D&C) – Diagnose and treat uterine conditions.
  • Nexplanon and IUD Insertions/Removals – Offer long-term contraception options.
  • Bartholin’s Cyst Treatment – Manage cysts with incision, drainage, or marsupialization.
  • Hysterosalpingography (HSG) – Evaluate uterine and fallopian tube health.
  • Bladder Ultrasound – Evaluate bladder health and function.
  • Cryotherapy – Treat abnormal cervical cells.

Education and Emotional Support

  • Educate patients about reproductive health, contraception, and overall wellness.
  • Provide compassionate counseling on fertility issues and complex gynecological diagnoses.
  • Create a judgment-free space where patients feel supported and informed.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and mid-level providers to deliver coordinated care.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to care team members.
  • Participate in case discussions and contribute to continuous care improvements.

Compliance and Continuous Learning

  • Maintain accurate, detailed medical records.
  • Ensure all care meets clinic policies and state and federal regulations.
  • Stay at the forefront of OB/GYN advancements through continuing education.
