Job summary

Northwell Health is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) for Obstetrics and Gynecology to support a wide range of gynecologic surgical and inpatient services across the Northwell market. The PA will assist with gynecologic surgeries, perform inpatient rounds, participate in ED consultations, and provide cross-site coverage across Danbury, New Milford, Norwalk, and Putnam Hospitals under supervision.

Required licensure in CT and NY with NCCPA certification, BLS; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide first assist support for gynecologic surgical procedures, including robotic and open surgeries.
• Conduct daily inpatient rounding for obstetrics/gynecology inpatients and manage floor responsibilities.
• Respond to inpatient and ED gynecology consults and develop management plans with supervising physicians.
• Provide cross-site coverage across the Northwell market, supporting multiple hospitals as needed.
