Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to join a busy OB/GYN clinic in Naperville. The role involves patient prep, specimen collection, basic lab tests, phlebotomy and administering injections under supervision.

Requires CPR and CMA/RMA/CCMA certification and a high school diploma. The position is full-time (36 hours weekly), with hours Monday–Friday and rotating Saturday shifts; travel to other locations is occasionally required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or CCMA with current certification is required/preferred.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination and record results.
• Obtain specimens and conduct routine lab tests; may perform phlebotomy.
• Administer selected medications/injections under physician supervision.
• Carry out clerical duties to support clinic operations.
