Temple Health is seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to oversee clinical operations within the clinic under physician supervision. The role combines patient care with administrative leadership and staff development.

Qualifications include a Master’s in PA/NP, 2 years in a clinical specialty, and Epic experience; a DNP is preferred and leadership experience is advantageous. Temple Health is an affiliated network with opportunities for growth within a dynamic healthcare system.

Formación

• 2 years experience in a clinical specialty as a CRNP or PA (Required)
• General Experience with Epic (Required)
• 2 years experience in healthcare leadership (Preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Lead APP clinical operations and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Plan and train new PAs/Ns.
• Oversee clinical and administrative duties within the clinic.
• Report to the Director of APPs and coordinate with supervising physician.
