Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an OB/GYN Hospitalist to join their team at Platte Valley Hospital in Brighton, Colorado. You will manage obstetric and gynecology patients, covering an average of 15 twelve-hour shifts each month. Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from accredited medical school.
• ACGME accredited residency training in OBGYN.
• Board certification or eligibility in OBGYN.
• Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Federal DEA Registration required.
• BLS certification is necessary.
• Must complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• Two years of post-residency OB/GYN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cover 15 twelve-hour restricted shifts monthly.
• Manage all obstetric and gynecology related patients.
• Provide care at Platte Valley Hospital.

About this role

As an OB/GYN Hospitalist with Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience at Platte Valley Hospital in Brighton, Colorado. The hospital is a 98‑bed Level III Trauma Center with a Level II NICU and a thriving labor & delivery unit, averaging approximately 75 deliveries per month.

• Cover an average of 15 twelve‑hour restricted shifts per month.
• Manage all labor & delivery and emergency patients that are obstetrics or gynecology related.
• Guaranteed base salary of $337,680.00 annually.
• Excess shifts paid at $1,876.00 per 12 hours; optional clinic shifts are also available.
• Receive a starting bonus and relocation assistance.

What you’ll bring
