Happy Valley Oregon seeks a clinician to float across NW Region service areas, providing high-quality adult primary care for Kaiser Permanente members. This role covers for other clinicians and for short-term needs in the MOB, under physician supervision and compliant with Oregon and Washington licensing guidelines.

You will conduct histories and physicals, diagnose and formulate treatment plans, order tests and medications as needed, educate patients, document in the medical record, and

Formación

• Ability to assess, diagnose and effectively treat common medical diseases and injuries.
• Ability to use procedural/testing equipment, see large volume of patients, and interface with staff.
• Compact License acceptable in lieu of Washington RN license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality health care through direct assessment, diagnosis, and formulation/implementation of treatment plan for patients with common acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
• Coordinate, develop or organize patient or department services or programs.
• Perform other duties as requested.
